The drawings are watercolours and ink , the only colour is black and its variations.

Inspired by my fireplace with a faint smells of burnt wood from the cold french winters and with the intense heat of summer the odours resonated with me .

The empty space with black specks and linear sunlight that shines from the chimney inside, with a small fragments of sunlight create a memory and feeling of blackness but not empty .
