Description: I love to walk barefoot in the woods and whisper to the 

animals. To listen to the voices of the old trees, as their leaves rustle 

in the breeze. As we spend time in nature we come into a deep 

synchronicity with ourselves – our true nature – our soul. And as we 

realign ourselves with the earth and drink in its beauty, our spirit is 

renewed, refreshed, and restored.
